Upload a clear, well-lit photo — face or full body both work. Avoid heavy shadows or blurry action shots. Not sure if your photo will work? Send it to us first and we’ll confirm before you order.

Once your order is placed, our artists hand-illustrate your charm within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a digital proof by email before we finalize — so you always approve the look before we make it real.

Every charm is hand-finished, not mass printed. Slight variations in color, line detail, or acrylic edges are part of the handmade charm — not a defect.

Keep your charm out of direct sunlight and extreme heat. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth — avoid water and alcohol-based cleaners.

Not happy with how your charm turned out? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we’ll make it right with a remake or refund.

Because each charm is custom-made just for you, we can accept change requests only before production begins. Once production starts, custom charms can’t be cancelled or returned — but our 30-day guarantee still covers quality issues.
